"I think that we are not getting the true costs of production of any offerings in our supply chain." ....... we've certainly never had the full cost of coal generated electricity, thats certain. with all the subsidies going into coal and gas we have always had subsidised electricity bills.
renewable energy too has been subsidised via ARENA with cheap loans and some grants. yet renewable energy is much cheaper to deploy and far less cost in energy production.
nuclear energy too has often been heavily subsidised. and given the cost of the build and production it will always need to be subsidised.
