In the past 6 months PLS has been trading in a flat range when ignoring exceptions to currently trading slowly in an upward trend since mid April, going up with less volume may indicate a reluctance from PLS holders to sell.
I am not an analyst expert but this is my opinion, more fund available I would buy more.
