Was it promised to investors without the right tech in place? isn't this a culmination of resources, research and having the right building blocks in place to deliver upon as they say the "holy grail".
I'm not sure the CUV of 10 years ago was "fake it til you make it" and now they've well and truely made it - net profit growing and in the tens of millions - compares to what they are today.
I'm sure the CUV of 2028 will be again a different beast with profits in the multiple hundreds of millions
