It's definitely a different company today and they're in a far better position to execute on their vision. But that doesn't mean this hasn't been an incredibly slow moving process. Seemed ready to go 10 years ago, so the market will be more hesitant to rerate this until clear evidence of progress is shown to the market.
I don't really mind either way, I'm happy to accumulate for the current fundamentals if it falls back towards $14 and below, although at some point I'd like to see it go for a good run!
