    Really?
    CBA releases the funds without any '30 day notice' when the contract (TD) expires.
    What you are referring to 'breaking the TD' early (page 8 & 12).
    It is changed, but they pay partial interest and may charge a fee and require a notice of 30 days with the exemption of financial hardship.
    As I have said - NO problem accessing bank deposits.
