Not sure what you're waiting for, Chart clearly shows a breakout from the base is in progress on the Daily and the Hourly it's also broken the downtrend line.
Even a backtest of the upper downtrend line gives 2.65c so it's really sitting right on point now.
Could get lucky to get some at 2.6 if at the top of the cue but that's pure luck if some novice decides to dump for no reason, otherwise most are already positioned from 2.2 to 2.6 with the next short term target of 3.1c and then 3.6c based on the Symmetrical Triangle formed.
