Everyone here, except for the naked short seller amongst us, should be concerned about how this co is quickly getting destroyed. This is being done in coordination to the roadshow in the UK. Can you imagine how embarrassed Cain is trying to pitch this co as the price is getting shattered like this? i feel for him.
If you have concerns, go to ASIC website and submit a a misconduct report ( you can do anonymously).
If this was a real seller, a '604 /603 Ceasing to be a substantial holder' form should have been filed by COB yesterday. Over 106m shares traded on Thursday which should have triggered a filing. If it did not, the person selling MAY HAVE committed a crime by shorting naked. The broker needs to be investigated for allowing this and the trader needs to be investigated as well.
Why do i think the seller was naked? Because he/she would of had to cover by the close or file a 604 . This is easy for ASIC to figure out.
