Yes, I think you're right to highlight PIL's AI-powered loan approval capabilities in relation to MASS-SPECC's new offerings.
If they've truly got the automation dialled-in now, making the customer experience as streamlined as possible while creating a solid loan book, it's hardly surprising the Co-Op would be keen to launch a whole slew of such offerings.
Great for MASS-SPECC and for uptake of the Pinoy Coop App.
And great for us - in a grand virtuous cycle.
MASS-SPECC doing all the heavy lifting in promotion.
Does AI loan generation and processing all work seamlessly? Well, dunno ...but PIL did recently acquire XPON’s AI & CX business division ...and I'm reminded of the old Remington Shaver ad that had Victor Klam declaim of its tech: "I was so impressed, I bought the company!"
