The close timing of this announcement, the London Roadshow and the massive share attack can surely not be put down to cute coincidence alone.

If speculation regarding operatives in the recent cash raising is anywhere near correct, then we have been witnessing a massive change in shareholding based on same party churn. Time will tell when the figures are updated.

PIL does need to remember, whatever the circumstances, that if a precedent has been set, the Philippines is not the place to try to outdo the locals in devious financial behavior. Recognise past-masters when you're in the same room.
