Not so sure it's only 10 jobs per mine or even about that as there is always a knock on effect that creates lots of work directly and indirectly from mine to port.
No business is ever as simple as it seems but good management can make things look easy when they run it like a well oiled machine.
Also if there is a need and demand early on would VRX run the mine two shifts or 24hours as that could greatly increase staff and profits and ultimately my back pocket.
