I completely disagree with your sp value, suggesting that UK, Australian, and NZ markets aren't sizable enough to justify the current valuation is ridiculous.
Xero clearly have not fully invested into the U.S. product push. Anyone in product development or marketing would tell you that a period of market testing occurs prior to full marketing campaign and product launch...which lets say might happen around the time of the U.S. ipo?! Que Andy Lark.
