I think there is already a lot baked into the price already at $10 PLS would have a MC slightly higher than FMG and they are on a PE of 9 and earnings of .46 cps while PLS for 2019 are on a PE of 29 and earnings of .031 cps.
I have just bought back into PLS but have a very much lower price expectations than $10,just my opinion we must always step back and look at stocks pragmatically.
