Nothing for me today. Tried to short CBE and TNG early on but the broker wouldn't let me so couldn't be bothered after that. AGY did good on a bad day. Everything else that I'm in just went down. Hopefully after the US rates decision tonight market will settle down again a bit but who knows. Best shares of late seem to be AGY, NHC, PLS and WHC but I don't have any of them. I've just got them written down on a piece of paper. I'd rather buy all the $hit ones that go down like ESS, LRS and NRZ. They're more fun. Luckily I don't have too much in them so I'm not down much but they do suck at the moment. Hopefully market picks back up so they can too. Will hold them a bit longer and see what happens.

PLS has proven to be a great trading opportunity as well as a nice short term hold.

I first offered it in the PLS thread 2 months ago at $2.51...now almost up 100% from then
