Escrow are still included in the undiluted market cap. Escrow are not included in free float.
Escrow are still normal shares, they have voting rights. They are not 'subject' to performance or any other issue-related condition. The only condition is not tradeable on the open market.
Undiluted would exclude things like options, performance rights, partially paid shares.. etc etc
