    OPEC talking raise in target price band !
    (18/11/2004) The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is reported today to be meeting in Vienna to decide...? Also, Saudi considering production cut to nurse oil price , which is considerably less in the gulf basket prices , than in west texas sweet/brent prices.
