This one is a weekend favourite at our place since we finally caved to the kids and bought a waffle-maker. Waffles are great in general but some recipes start with way too much cooking oil for my ticker. These "healthy banana waffles" skip the oil altogether. Ground oats instead of flour, plus banana, cinnamon, milk (recipe says almond milk - never used that), eggs and yoghurt. Recipe here.
