    Personally I would be concerned on quite a few fronts;

    1.SOI 193M and Directors hold 110M (hence only 83M or 43% free carried)
    2. The Scheme arrangement announced today(at 16.5c) is the only reason for today's price.
    3. The market is disinterested ( as per the market depth)
