Hey @Cabbie - yep, like the real books on real shelves as well. Still slowly working my way through "Trades about to Happen". Wish the charts were on the same page as the commentary though - lots of flipping back and forth.
Just gone past my first month in our SMSF. Much too early, of course, but so far so good.
The SMA we have 33% in is up 0.9%; the managed fund we have 33% in is down 0.6%; the specs we are trading ourselves are up about 7%, with about 40% in cash
We have 7 trades in progress - nothing sold yet but encouraging. Very aware that this can all change rather quickly! So far I have managed to stick to my plan and have avoided the usual dumb shit - should help.
CFE continues to intrigue. Been a dog but up almost 50% in past 2 months. Tony Sage doesn't have many fans on the thread. Possible CR pump? No idea, but it is interesting and unusual. A break and hold above 20c would be nice.
