Same guy as in Zhenya? He's just the $funding backer. He doesn't actually involve himself in the companies much from what I've seen, he just finds an entrepreneur he likes and puts money in. So far it's worked out handsomely for him too, as hes gotten some pretty significant listing privileges in both cases by putting in some initial $$ haha.
IF only I had that much money, I could make even more money haha.
On a serious note though, while I agree just follow the money and ride it out, often some background helps figure out when to jump... I'm sure those buying RFN at $2 (100mil MC) or 1pg at $5 (600mil mc?) would agree, good to know when quarterlies etc are coming out that could disrupt the stock progress especially when valuations get 'stretched' based on potential and company name dropping without seeing the actual $$$$
