I've done it for 10 months now, only missed a few days

I caught a bit of crap this morning which got me to thinking I'm 50 years old and really don't need it.
I do my best each day.
Catching shite off someone on an anonymous online forum for volunteering my time at 50?
Hahaha

It isn't Soviet Russia, I don't HAVE to do it, I do it cause I like it and it's part of my morning routine

Anyhoo would appreciate a break and maybe start again next week
