At current levels NXRs tech is valued at an implied $50m (NXR $20m for 40%)

KKL own 100% of certain ID and are valued at about $9m so should have at least 2-3 bags in it safely prior to the CertainID tech being proven up
The added kick comes from the 3M RFID program and I'm not sure how to value that

They had a valuation placed on them of $60m to $110m under an old research report
which would be 6c-11c but a lot has changed since Nov 2011 still gives an idea of the upside of the technology
