I had traded foreign exchanges, crude oil, gold, index via CFD ages ago.
Most of those derivatives offer 1:100 leverage.
You can make 100% profit if the price changes 1% in your favor, vice verso.
Trading derivatives is very stressful and requires huge efforts and time, also it is involved extremely high risk and return.
At one stage I made over 40 times within 2 weeks, but lost all during GFC.
The good part was I only allocated a small portion to the CFD trading.
I decided not to trade CFD anymore
You can go long or short US30 (Dow 30 Index) to make money
