I don't know if dealing with the Dragon (to use Jaded's term) is the issue Richmond.
Every resource giant is beating their way to their door.
Maybe they are finding the anns too good to be true?
Maybe they are looking hard to find fault eg in the offtakes, is there a get out clause? Is the agreement subject to ...? They then latch onto this and say but this will NEVER come about!
With the downstream processing another issue (godsend for the downrampers) is whether TON will have to come up with funds for development? Hell, and this makes you angry, ANY development will require funding!!! They latch onto things like "but this will cause dilution?". If they could look past their noses they could see that funding could e via LOANS that might have a payback period of a year or two!!
Anyway that's my two bobs worth!
