Since the pump must have been operating for at least 1 day for them to be able to state a pumping rate, I expect 8 days will be sufficient at 165 bfpd (8 x 165 = 1320 bbls) to see a reportable oil cut. Also given the number of pump problems, it would be reasonable to expect advice that the pump is actually still operating consistently (if it is), since that would be significant progress.
