No he is not. He, like us is waiting for the workover rig to arrive @ SOA#2. Once operations commence, my understanding is that Directors are no longer able to buy.
I may be wrong but my understanding is that the US regulations are much tougher on this than the comparable Australian regulations.
Directors always have a better understanding of risks and opportunity but at the end of the day only results do the talking.
