I don't understand the mechanics of it. Typically when one looks at the sellers side of the market you get something like 17 people selling 100,000 shares at price point X and then next bundle of sellers selling 200,000 shares at price point Y and then next bundle of 500,000 at price Z etc. So to get to But to get to 11.6M shares,the price would move a minimum of at least 20 price points upwards. But this was all done at one price point ($1.355). How does that happen. I assume there's some off market agreement between 2 specific parties but then couldn't they do it privately instead of through the ASX? Does anyone know how this works?
