    Delisting reduces costs by avoiding listing fees and all the administration to prepare all the required notices. Would save quite a bit for the owners.
    Of course the ASX can forceably delist a company. The Market Cap for this used to be below $15 million but I see SVG is only $11 million at the moment? Maybe they changed the rule?
