If AVZ is delisted from the ASX it will continue to exist as a company. We shareholders will continue to retain our legal rights and equity interest in AVZ. We can still sell our shares, but we just won't be able to sell those shares via the ASX, which is the exact situation we are in right now.
Honestly delisting really doesn't matter at this point and is a sideshow to what's really going on. Either we're getting the MOU/ML and a proper buyout offer from the Chinese. Or we're going to the end of the ICC/ICSID proceedings and getting a payout that way.
Either way f*ck all these corrupt parasites that have both hurt us, and the people of the DRC.
