Not sure how your maths work. DGR owned at one stage 208 million shares in SOLG. When SOLG was listed on London Stock Exchange at 50p per share, are you suggesting that SOLG listed with only 10.5 million shares to be worth $5.25m. How did DGR end up with 208 million shares? DGR didn't have the money to buy that massive amount. Even when the shares went down to 2p, DGR's share value in SOLG was worth over 41.6m pounds (Not Aus Dollars). That's when Mather and his cohorts went in big and allocated themselves huge chunks of shares as bonuses. RCee, you have been caught out. You are wrong.

Lastly, the reason DGR's share has collapsed is because of the mismanagement, manipulation, self-interest, lies, false assertions and started wars with potential SOLG partners, by Mather so that he, and his selected directors & mates, could continue to exploit SOLG at the expense of investors who actually put money in. The escalation down is a direct result of Mather's actions. Caldwell, who has been supported by Mather contrary to all he said when he was CEO, is attempting to eke out a survival outcome. Didn't hear a whimper from Mather and other board members when Caldwell package was put together. Look at the history of Mather's management of resent times....... you haven't justified Mather' leadership and management in these other companies. Good luck in trying to do so.
