Re wages - as it notes in the report some of that was backpay. The base salary is 336k.
I skipped over the rubbish in the middle but your agenda is clear if you think Caldwell is justified. The share price is 10p and the company is basically shut down. He is not doing anything.
You say the share price of Solg was taken from 50p to 2p but conveniently leave out the fact that Solgold was worth $5.25m when it listed!
At the time he resigned as CEO, I think DGR's share of Solgold was worth $150m odd (that is an estimate, I know it got over 200m).
that is 30x its listing price.
