Thanks Fergus, its sounds like a massive stuff up, unfortunately it looks like its history repeating itself with Nic Clift leading Celamin into a massive legal battle and endless arbitration just like Terramin. Did anyone check his previous record at Terramin, it would appear that he cannot handle doing business in Algeria and Tunisia.
