Thats pretty good considering I let my hair down and put it on like crazy over Xmas / New Year.
I have been off keto ( BUT I STILL EAT MOSTLY KETO AND HEALTHY) as I have had severe knee pain and a personal issue that knocked the wind out of me.

Funnily enough once I started walking, didn't sit down binging TV shows and not driving as much my knees aren't as sore.

I am impressed that I have lost more weight ; though not as impressed as my GP.

Going back in 3 months and more than likely off my sleep apnoea machine and another medication reduction.

Currently walking about 10 klms a day and enjoying some cheap wine.

Lets see where I am at at end of March !

Once again thanks for all of the support re this weight loss.

Health all good but told to loose more weight, doc pionted to the flabby bit on my belly and said...loose it as its dangerous!
