Seafood risotto
Dinner for the children.
Boil risotto as directed on the packet with:
750ml hot chicken and / fish campbells stock or amount of liquid as directed on the packet
150g risotto rice
1 small minced onion
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teabag of herbs
a few drops of liquid smoke
White wine (optional)
When almost cooked add:
6 anchovy fillets in olive oil with oil
100 grams of fish pieces
100 grams of uncooked scrimps
