Barbecue Steaks with south american chili paste:
i love steaks with chili sauce!
Rub steaks with:
2 sliced shallots(about 1/2 cup)
1 sprig rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 desert spoon of coarse salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
and barbecue of the charcoal webber

Chili sauce:
Blend in food processor:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 to 5 seeded ancho or other chilies
2 tablespoons of water
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
