I have seen too many instances of abuse of our current disability system.
There is no doubt that the new system will also be subject to abuse, and, consequently,the cost will sky rocket through the roof. Whenever have politicians ever truly and accurately costed a new policy? They know, that if they tell the public the truth such a policy will not be accepted, or have great difficulty in being passed through Parliament.
