Speaking to those in the know, the latest 84 million share have not been issued. I think the announcement and new issue is co-incidental. I can't see any benefit for a pump and dump of having the good news before the shares are actually issued. If I were like the old management of MUS I would issue the shares, wait a few weeks and then release the news.
