He probably hasn't done it because it hasn't changed much and its time consuming... Looking at NSW and there are 13 pages x 20 cars so that's 260 with 56 booked out, heaps unavailable, some say min 14 or 30 days hire others just plain unavailable, does that mean the owner doesn't want it rented at this particular time or is being used by corporate clients?!?

I did see 2 booked out cars though that had greater than the 365 days, one was not available until 2018 and another had July 2017 so with the owners permission it looks like they may have longer rentals..
