Have a bit of fun with Yahoo charts. Bring up OAS, then overlay that with SSN. Do it for 1 yr, 2 yr (and you can see the $56 double top clear as can be) and then 5 yr and even 10 year (which can only go back to 2010).
Jun 30, 2010 to May 31, 2014 the trend was your friend until the end and boy did it end quickly (for OAS). The SSN chart tells a completely different story. Guessing Mar, 2011 was the peak after the land sale and SP went into a longterm downtrend ever since?
Whats MOB going to do? Come up with a funding package for SSN's acquisition of certain OAS properties or stay out?
