    Dear Trousergecko,

    Very good points.
I assume Russel has not called and offered a better deal in exchange of some help?

"Nordic .. obviously trying to protect his "investment" in the area, either emotionally, culturally, economically etc"

    - emotionally it may in partially affection directed to famous Finnish national landscape and area of great natural value
    - in larger sense I am a messenger of the local community, which unnecessarily suffer from the non-sustainable (I would even say stupid) uranium-gold-cobalt speculation
    - economically I do not have direct interest. However, I see it problematic with regard to national reputation and future investments to real businesses that Finns like Thomas Hoyer are involved investment games like this

    1. If accepted, Market value based on Latitude after the takeover would be falling sooner or later
There will be likely bad news expected from Latitude projects with regard Kuusamo-Juomasuo due to the heavy resistance.
You may check the Prospectus for the court challenge of the Juomasuo mine tenement.
    https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-prospectus.7969998/

A good reference is former asx company Dragon mining, which wasted tens of millions for the same projects and
after failing EIA and land plan decision sold the project for 400 000 AUD without any royalty to Russell and friends who
decided to do social engineering by hiring a major political lobbyist Jussi Lähde, this has not been successful.

The plans for mining even in theory have numerous obstacles and would last much much longer than speculated

That is reason why Hoyer and Delroy are trying to sell this with good price, like they tried to sell to Sunmirror,
    https://sunmirror.com/pdfs/SunMirrorAG_PM_Lat66_Uebernahme_EN.pdf
This deal based on similar speculations and was finally denied actually by Australian independent directors of Latitude, and I see this likely as an operation to avoid criminal liability. The directors were fired from Latitude.
They are trying to sell as long as there is still some hope with cobalt speculations. The need of cobalt has been reduced by iron phosphate batteries (Tesla , Chinese etc) and prices are falling because on increasing cobalt production.

    2. If not accepted, there is lots of potential
There will be scoping study in May by Carnaby (CNB) where DCX has 17.5 %.

Currently just 17.5 % CNB would give value of 117,2 million * 0.175 = 20,5 million (instead of 6.6 million)

The market value of CNB is rising and based on
the in situ value of metal there is potential for several 10-fold rise and latest results are not in resources
