There are many resource companies out there who have the "goods" but need a cashed up partner.

You could be their saviour. And they could be yours.

Some resource companies could possible sell some of tenements, to free up cash to protect their main assets
that are too valuable to give a part away.

I can't believe that none of these and many more options haven't been explored.
At this minute you are dying.
