Difficult to say Bilsto, I think we have probably seen the worst, but personally I wouldn't be buying here. Oil has had a nice bounce but I'm not getting too excited as non North American production of oil and gas increases. STO's debt issues haven't gone away, but revenue will increase although I'm not sure how profitable they are at the current poo .
