Excuse me frazier but it was the Howard/Costello government that turned on the welfare tap for having children, not Labor.
In fact the last Labor government wound some of it back while your Libs called Labor heartless for doing so.
And your welfare states of TAS and NT have LNP governments while your third pick SA is narrowly LAB.
So I think you have it all the wrong way around.
