That is quite a bit of increase. 30% are near that. Unless there is growth coming DOU wont be employing willy nilly. Information such as this is what gives hodlers confidence to carry on buying & hodling. SP is one thing, what is really happening at the back ground is important to know. They will slowly drive up the SP, knowing that growth is coming.
