Possible 55 million in tangible assets couple of mill in bank the rest is good will. Unless something is monetised share price has a fair way to go to meet actual value we are still in hype value.
personally believe DRE needs to sell something now a cash raise to keep the lights on, will sour the biggest cheer leaders. But what? potential buys know DRE position and will offer peanuts on the dollar. Where we stand now is a dysfunctional reality of pass gone management hype that almost has completely failed to come to fruition.
