Capital raise must be imminent?....
$800k to spend in the next 12 months on the JV plus the usual admin/mgt costs.
$600k cash in bank, AYR looking for atleast another $1m
Any comments?
I hold drm and in thinking there could be an arbitrage opportunity with its unloved jv partner.
40% of horse well could be worth many multiples of current market cap...but it could fall further with a CR on its way.
