I firmly believe that there will be a takeover offer for DSE somewhere down the line in the mid-term.
TopLine Capital Partners have been accumulating steadily, owning almost 15.6% now I believe. What is their exit strategy for 15.6% in an illiquid small-cap stock? The only one that doesn't involve years will be a takeover, which completely makes sense given that DSE is operating with proprietary technology that is working better than its closest competitor at a fraction of their MC. They could honestly be scouting offers right now, it also gives the board a chance to liquidate too.
Watch this space, further accumulation will continue.
