Ha.. Just had a meeting with the banker last week about my need to borrow 1.2 to build some townhouses..
Kind of makes it hard when you keep trying to show minimal profits to keep the tax down - then have to prove serviceability!
Going to fire up a SMSF next FY and put at least 1 of our townhouses in it for now..
Don't trust my trading enough to risk the super with it just yet
Our payroll tax bill hits about 60k a month these days - I'd be happy just avoiding that for now..
