I have heard there are 4 subs... and only 2 go to sea for various reasons n but the main one being that there is only enough sailors to to man/woman/they/it/bi/tri/trans/ to keep 2 going....
so tell me where are all the boys/girls etc who will "man" the 10 coming in 2050 ?
