    Print off share transfer form from share registry fill it in have both parties sign (buyer seller) take a copy mail a copy to the registry and the company.
    Job done.
    Shares are sold.
    If company does not update its register that's its problem.
    shares exist and you can transfer them without any platform or market (off market paper transfer)
