Welcome mate, honestly I don't think I'd feel comfortable putting a limit on NEUs upside potential given the number of indications NNZ-2591 could potentially treat- we don't really have an understanding of that boundary yet.
As for DXB, I'm a relatively new holder here, others such as @vintage and @Owl vs Fox are far more learned, and have I'm sure looked further down the road.. they may want to chime in on DXBs long term upside potential.
From my perspective, I'm holding here for a licensing agreement for USA and/or China as the next major catalyst, which realistically could drop tomorrow, or next year sometime... Or not at all I suppose. From there I'll reassess based on that agreement, or whether DXB decide to go it alone. But so far I'm one happy holder
